Using tools like hand weights, bands and your own body weight in each class will increase muscle strength, endurance and build up that bone density. All of this improves your body’s ability to cope with stress.

Don’t fall down! But seriously, don’t. Every class will find moments of balance either in stillness or through transition. Allowing us to successfully navigate the world in a safe and upright position.
Aligned
Proper alignment of your spine and joints not only protects you from injury and discomfort, but also increases your ability to stay active longer into your life.
Flexible
Being able to move your joints through your entire range of motion lessens your propensity for injury, decreases pain over time and allows those endorphins to really flow. Delightful.
Expectations for Class
Do I Need To Register Ahead of Time?
Yes! Please book your class before arriving at the studio on our website elevatedbarrestudio.com or via our mobile app Elevate Wellness Living to ensure you have a spot. You will need to sign the liability waiver and purchase your class or classes at least 30 minutes before arriving. We do not accept onsite payment at this time, please plan accordingly.
